- Beginners: This program targets adults wishing to discover the various aspects of sea kayaking in a “soft way”, who aim at a more regular practice or would like to buy a kayak..
Objectives
- Gliding confidently and mastering the direction of the kayak either on a smooth sea or wind = Beaufort scale 3.
- Learning how to get into the kayak using either the side, using another kayak or a paddle-float, after capsizing.
- Acquiring basic movements to move and balance yourselves without getting hurt
- be ready to face various situations: approaching small breakers, kayaking in the stream…
Programs
- 2,5 days only including supervision and equipment.. You are responsible for your accommodation and meals.
